Stress Management
The aim of the workshop was to highlight the importance of managing stress and pre-concert anxiety. Participants learned valuable techniques to help them perform at their best during concerts. Since music universities in Europe rarely address this issue, the workshop provided a unique opportunity for musicians. We found that workshops on stress management are much more effective in person, so we held this event during the Vienna masterclass. The participating students were able to express their feelings in an environment where they could openly discuss their problems and receive appropriate support.
