Anna Rothschild Ensemble Verein, Austria

Anna Rothschild Ensemble Wien was founded in 2020 by Gergely Sugár, horn player and conductor from the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. The ensemble aims to break down the boundaries between audience and composers. The Anna Rothschild Ensemble Wien is a new and committed presenter of 20th and 21st century classical music repertoire. The ensemble is committed to presenting the renowned Viennese orchestral sound in a smaller, more intimate setting, while providing a platform for contemporary music, young and emerging conductors and musical contributors.

Polifonia Association, Bulgaria

Polifonia Association is a non-profit organisation based in Ruse, Bulgaria. The mission of the organisation is to promote classical music for all ages. The organisation focuses on innovative presentations of classical music in parks, hospitals and schools, with free concerts.

The organisation's team has a close relationship with professional musicians from the Ruse State Opera, which has resulted in regular opportunities for young musicians to showcase their skills in collaborative performances.

The New Millennium International Academy aims to make quality education and online learning opportunities accessible to adult musicians. The project focuses on helping people to find jobs and advance their careers, while paying particular attention to supporting disadvantaged communities and highlighting inclusion, diversity and gender equality.

The Academy will focus on personalised instrumental masterclasses in four locations - Budapest, Vilagarcía de Arousa, Ruse and Vienna. In addition to these online masterclasses, the project will organise a series of online workshops and lectures on a range of topics to help musicians find their way in today's musical world.

The Academy aims to expand its reach across Europe and attract a wide range of applicants to its masterclasses and workshops, which will provide them with the skills they need to succeed in the music industry. Success will be based on positive feedback from participants and on building strong teacher-participant relationships that will lead to further collaborations.

The workshops organised include Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Management for Musicians, Preparing for Rehearsals, Stress Management, Mental Health, Women in Leadership, Modern Pedagogies, Communication for Musicians, Branding and Social Media, PR and Self-Promotion.
Recordings of the workshops will be made available on request, please email us if you wish to receive them.
