Mental health

During the workshop, the participants gained a deeper understanding of the challenges to musicians' mental health and how to address them. As music is a subjective artistic form, criticism is an unavoidable part of the music industry, often placing significant stress and pressure on artists. The workshop aimed to help musicians deal with criticism and overcome the pressures of performing. Participants learned how to respond to criticism in a constructive way and how to use feedback for personal and professional development. The event focused on creating a safe and supportive environment where musicians could talk freely about their experiences and mental health challenges.
